Unmissable in Auch! The pastries, to be enjoyed on site or at home, are excellent. The pastries are light, not too sweet, a real treat (special mentions to the Black Forest and the millefeuille, which we had left before rediscovering them at Messerer). We also love the ice creams which are delicious, especially pistachio. We are impatiently waiting for New Year's Eve to taste the magnificent raspberry Vacherin that we have just picked up 😁

The pastries are remarkably good and beautiful. The different dishes offered vary according to the seasons (quiches, salads, soups, pizzas, etc.) and are all as delectable as each other. Also, the frontage and the room are charming.

Nous les avons choisit pour nous faire la pièce montée de notre mariage ce samedi 5 août 2023, et quel régal vraiment !! Aussi beau que bon !! Tous nos invités étaient ravis. Foncer les yeux fermé pour les gâteaux de mariage!!!

Belle boulangerie propre bien présenté. J'ai pris 2 tartelettes une figue et une poire amandes. La figue pâte molle, pas fraîche dommage. Mais la poire amande je confirme pâte craquante, fraîche du jour et très bonne.

27/08/2024: Visit on Sunday because we couldn't find any restaurants open, very nice surprise, well-mastered dishes, unpretentious, attentive and warm service. The veal chop with forest sauce was to die for! The duck breast with citrus sauce is very delicious, the organic wine is very affordable... We might have liked more fries, but it's true that we didn't ask and we have the idea that if we had done so, they would have responded favorably. Top

01/09/2024: How can I put it… we have never been so well received, advised and served as by this dedicated and pleasant team. The waiters are impeccable, they take the time to explain the different services, give advice on choosing the wine according to what you like, no matter how hard I searched, there was not a single false note. We finally found a place that takes us away from the ordinary. Thanks to the whole team
30/08/2024: I'm the first to criticize when necessary, but really... unrivaled value for money! Warm welcome, top service, dishes (starter, main course, dessert) refined, tasty and sought-after!!!! We had a great time in this restaurant and we will definitely come back! Yes, the service may seem a little longer than elsewhere but isn't that more pleasant than waiters jumping on you to prepare the second course?! Just indicate what time you want to leave and they will simply adapt! I recommend +++ Looking forward to seeing each other again and tasting your fabulous dishes! Don't change anything, the haters will have their turn and that will suit everyone :)
