Excellent lunch with a delicious roast chicken that was on the Sunday menu. Quick service, responsive and attentive staff (even more so when you're expecting! 🙈). Thank you for this wonderful experience! We enjoyed the sunny terrace, but the interior is also very cozy!

We came for brunch (Valentine's Day), and what a lovely surprise! The "eggs" option was perfect: brioche bun (mmmmm!), crispy bacon, hot chocolate with the perfect balance of milk and cream, and the granola was simply divine. A perfect experience with efficient, smiling, and attentive staff. Hence our 5 stars (note that the interior temperature was a little chilly for our liking, and the brunch menu on your website isn't up-to-date). See you soon!

During our weekend in Cape Town, we were looking for a place to sit down and have a sandwich. The place is beautiful, and the waiters and waitresses are welcoming and friendly. We ordered the truffle croque monsieur. It was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had pastries and hot drinks there.
The waffles were especially delicious.
After paying the bill, the waiter noticed the discrepancy and came back to refund the difference.

Honestly, a great place! When I see some of the reviews, I'm baffled... we've always been warmly welcomed by all the staff for years, and several times a year! There's a wait, sure, but that's the price of success!
For those who complain, don't come to Le Ferret if it's so unpleasant! There will be more room for others!
