Still as good, a true craftsman like you rarely see...I recommend the Concorde and the Armorican....

Pastries taken on site. Delicious without hesitation Small downside, there were 4 of us and it was impossible to fit 2 tables together… And extra on the bill to have a snack on site To do again but to take away

This style of patisserie in France puts the eyes on notice. Can you walk out without buying? That's a hard no. Temptation abounds. And the price is fair for the work performed. But, how does it taste when you get it home? Delicious, no doubt, but both items suffer from age. It shows itself as the elements start to meld into one, and not remain as consecutive taste sensations as you eat through them. You want to feel the tang of the citrus, before you gain the texture of the almond frangipane, and then the snap of the short crust shell, finally feeling the caramelised butter from the pan the shell baked in as the three come together on your palate. For this and the raspberry, the flavours had eased together over time. I'd guess 30 hours or so. Really, these parties need to be eaten within 8 Max. They were delicious, but not sublime. And they were sublime when made.

For me, the best pastry chef in the sector, (obviously specializing in chocolate) but these other cakes are all just as good and above all very fine.
