Very nice window, really, but the pastries are not extraordinary unfortunately. However, the service is efficient and very cordial.

Good morning I regularly come to your pastry shop which is, in my humble opinion, one of the best in central Strasbourg, if not the best! Never disappointed, your chocolate trifecta is to die for! There are 3 chocolate mousses, I'm writing this because some pastries replace the dark chocolate mousse with a simple dark chocolate biscuit! And thank you to the staff at the store for their kindness and professionalism and to the lab for their know-how.

Patisserie which is an institution on rue d'Austerlitz. Real traditional Alsatian pastries and excellent more contemporary pastries. Sweet treats for every season where quality is always there. Delicious homemade ice creams and chocolates. Salespeople and owners take great care of each customer. The quality of the products and the kindness and professionalism of the staff are always remarkable.

Wonderful desserts. Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.

The macaroni is simply the best there is and is buttery soft

C’est à l’occasion du dimanche de Pâques que nous nous sommes rendus dans cette pâtisserie ta avons acheté un gâteau à la mousse de fraise délicieux et léger un peu cher mais ça valait le coup ( 37€ un 6 parts) Beaucoup de monde dans le magasin qui prouve sa réputation Nous n’avons pas été déçus
