It's very convenient as it's close to the station. They also have outdoor seating, creating a pleasant, open atmosphere. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer because of my train schedule. I ordered the "Beef Tartare au Couteau." The food came out quite quickly. It was probably seasoned with capers and herbs, and the balance was just right. The beef wasn't machine-ground, but hand-chopped ("au Couteau"), so the texture of the meat was firm and satisfying. I was very satisfied. I wish I had more time to linger. I ordered the beef tartare au couteau. It came out quite quickly, which was perfect given my limited time. It was seasoned with what I believe were capers and herbs, and the balance was just right. The beef is chopped by hand with a knife rather than ground by machine, hence the “au couteau,” so it had a really meaty texture and was very satisfying to eat. I was very happy with my meal. I only wish I’d ​​had more time to stay and enjoy the place!
