Yesterday I bought a blueberry pie, absolutely delicious! No trompe couillon pastry cream here but three centimeters of thickness of not too sweet fruit on a shortcrust pastry.....

I love taking my gourmet break at Marconot, the place is always very clean, the pastries are delicious and above all I make a point of honor for the always warm welcome and the smile of the owner and her daughter..🤜🤛👍 👍Alias..les Sis😉

I have never tasted such a good galette des rois in my life!!! I've already done quite a few... but so there!! It’s not a bean that should be put in the pancake!! it's a grale!! Word to the wise, Happy New Year to you and go try this crazy pancake!☺️👍☺️👍
