The setting remains very beautiful, the welcome is good, but you pay for that and the history of the place. Breakfast is very disappointing in both quality and quantity, considering the price.

We ordered a two-scoop ice cream and a Basque cherry cake. The ice cream was good, though a little too sweet for my taste. It was also a bit pricey, but that's to be expected. The cake tasted okay, but it was a bit dry. Another suggestion: next time, it would be advisable to wear gloves when handling the sweets and serving the customer (they took it with their bare hands)... that's unacceptable in a city like this.

31/08/2026: The best coffee and matcha in biarritz!! I would definitely recommend the bigger sizes, because they are more worthwile from the price than the smaller ones. I really loved the coffee there, though it may be a bit strong for some people.
