We tried this restaurant for the first time; it has a lovely terrace. The meal and the service were generally very good until we realized, just as we were leaving, that there was a brunch menu lying around on a table. I politely asked when paying if we could have ordered brunch, and the manager (I assume) told me it was up to me to ask. How could we ask for brunch if we didn't know it was available? She insisted that it was our responsibility. This conversation was absurd! As a business owner, I expected her to simply say, "Sorry, we should have offered it to you," and that would have been enough. This lack of business sense made me want to avoid the restaurant and completely ruined the experience. P.S. to the restaurant owner: there was no need to respond angrily to my bill. You should have been more diplomatic from the start.

Hello, I had lunch at this establishment today. The food was excellent, the welcome very warm, and the staff attentive. I also often go there for a drink. I highly recommend Paysan Leduc, Enghien-les-Bains.

Excellent restaurant hidden behind a bakery in a garden right in the city centre. Quiet, shady spot with charming service.
