Patisserie Rousset JC sur Apt

From what I tasted, the pastries and viennoiseries are good; my personal favorite was the "Provençal tart" with candied fruit 😅 However, it's true that most of the cakes are really small; they're more like party cakes, sold at the price of a basic individual portion. The owner isn't very friendly or businesslike, and there's a heavy atmosphere, which is a real shame because the shop has a very touristy feel.

For November 15, 2025, I ordered an "Opéra" cake for 12 people for a birthday, and everyone was delighted with this excellent pastry! Furthermore, Ms. Rousset was incredibly kind in creating this cake, on which I had brought a photo made of sugar paste, and she ingeniously incorporated it on top. I truly appreciated her effort to make me happy. I highly recommend this shop, which is a tea room, confectionery, and chocolate shop all in one, and everything is delicious!!
