I buy pastries and other treats there very often, and they're always so delicious, refined, and indulgent. I want to warmly thank Quentin for his welcome, his advice, his kindness, and his professionalism. He adds a real touch of class to this pastry/chocolate shop. I tasted their frangipane galette and their rosalpina galette, and wow, what a treat! I've eaten about ten of them this year in Valence and the surrounding area... In my opinion, they win first place for galettes this year! (And I'm not being paid to say that, lol 😂 it's sincere...). I'll be back again, and I highly recommend it.

I've already eaten many pastries at Guillet. They're all delicious! At Christmas, we ordered the "pink kiss" Yule log: the whole family loved it, it's the best! It's also the best pastry shop in the region! The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank you, Maison Guillet! ❤️

A superb first experience at this establishment! We ordered a birthday cake on Saturday at 5:00 PM for 2:00 PM the following day. The service was impeccable, and despite it being the peak season for galettes des rois (king cakes), they accepted our order when our usual pastry chef turned us away, citing galette season as an excuse. At Guillet's, the advice was excellent. And what can I say about the taste of this cake called Plaisir (Pleasure)! It makes us want to try their other recipes; we'll be back!

The galette des rois is excellent! Just one minor point: it's loaded with too much sugary icing, which detracts from its excellence, hence the 4 stars. The icing (it's everywhere, top and bottom) is too thick and sticks to your teeth. Less icing would be better for three reasons: - we could better appreciate your excellent frangipane - we would avoid the sugar, which, as we all know, isn't good for our health... so it's worth reducing it - you would save money. In short, everyone would benefit, and we would continue to buy your galette because it's not the ton of icing that contributes to its quality.
