Excellent pastry shop! I had a nougat and passion fruit éclair, very good!

The best pastry shop in Valencia. I was very impressed by the staff, who are very pleasant and competent. A ten out of ten. The bakery in the same establishment, just a few meters away, is also fabulous! I just arrived in this city and, frankly, the quality of the artisans is a delight!

The chocolates are excellent, and I'm familiar with their ice cream too. Very welcoming!

The macarons are amazing and the service is very friendly! 😊 I highly recommend it!

I buy pastries and other treats there very often, and they're always so delicious, refined, and indulgent. I want to warmly thank Quentin for his welcome, his advice, his kindness, and his professionalism. He adds a real touch of class to this pastry/chocolate shop. I tasted their frangipane galette and their rosalpina galette, and wow, what a treat! I've eaten about ten of them this year in Valence and the surrounding area... In my opinion, they win first place for galettes this year! (And I'm not being paid to say that, lol 😂 it's sincere...). I'll be back again, and I highly recommend it.

I've already eaten many pastries at Guillet. They're all delicious! At Christmas, we ordered the "pink kiss" Yule log: the whole family loved it, it's the best! It's also the best pastry shop in the region! The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank you, Maison Guillet! ❤️
