A wonderful experience at Paul Grenoble – Caserne de Bonne! Sandra, the assistant manager, is a lovely person: always smiling, helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. You can tell she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. Thank you for this pleasant experience; I highly recommend this place for your lunch breaks or afternoon snacks! 👏🥐☕️

Hello, I've been to this bakery/pastry shop many times because we have a very friendly welcome, the salespeople are attentive and always smile. A great atmosphere. However, what I find unfortunate is that people with disabilities who have difficulty carrying their trays and even their coffees have to pay extra to eat there. I wish that would change.
