Paul sur La Ville-Du-Bois

It's true that this Paul in the VDB shopping center could use a refresh; it's getting a bit shabby, especially the tables. The staff don't come around very often to clean them, but to be fair, people aren't very respectful of the place—some don't even clear their trays. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent, still a bit pricey, but that's the case with all Pauls, and this one is in a shopping center, so the prices are a bit lower than at a Paul in a dedicated shop in the city center.

5 stars for the staff. Always welcoming, smiling, and efficient. Given the temperatures, I don't see any fans for the employees??? It's clearly unacceptable not to protect your staff.
