Good coffee and friendly staff. Sat next to the torrefacteur so got to see some of their coffee being roasted.

I think it's the best coffee I've ever had. And believe me, I've traveled a lot and tried coffee in many places. I ordered a vanilla frappé because I wanted something refreshing and thought it might be too sweet, but since it was for the afternoon, I felt like something like that. Well, it was nothing like that: it's perfect. It has a strong flavor, with a lot of body, even that slightly bitter touch of intense coffee, but without being bitter. Absolutely delicious. It doesn't need sugar or anything else at all. It revived me. And the service was fantastic: friendly, super helpful, and welcoming. A real pleasure. And Pau is also gorgeous… (I'm a history teacher, my professional side came out).
