The table was adequate, but the dishes lacked elegance, particularly the scallops served with a horribly acidic grapefruit sauce that completely ruined the scallop. The portions were also far too large, and the enjoyment of the meal declined after the fourth course. The service, however, was very well executed.

Excellent meal in a magnificent setting; congratulations to the kitchen and to Philippe, who does an exceptional job in the dining room. See you very soon!

A flawless seven-course dinner, simply delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. We'll be back to try your vegetarian menu :)

A mixed review for this "discovery menu" dinner. The team was clearly still finding its feet after reopening for the winter season. The pace of service was inconsistent: very quick for the amuse-bouches/starters, then considerably too slow for the main courses and desserts. The amuse-bouches were very good and original. But the starter was a disappointment: the foie gras. We have rarely tasted foie gras so lacking in flavor. No aftertaste, almost no taste at all. The snails would have been a much better choice on this menu. For the main courses: the squab was excellent and perfectly cooked. For the desserts: the crispy element was excellent, the combination of flavors really good… as for the Finger, it was perhaps a little too large for our taste; a smaller portion would have been sufficient. The wines offered were very well received. A slightly sour note at the end of the meal occurred when a waiter asked us how our dinner had gone. We replied that it was very good except for the foie gras, and he left smiling without a word. There was no gesture of goodwill on the bill, of course, despite this disappointment and the fact that we ultimately declined the cheeses included in the set menu, as the slow service had spoiled our appetites. So, a mixed review. In my opinion, the experience wasn't worth the price, despite a very pleasant setting and a refined atmosphere.
