The service was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. As for the cuisine... flawless! Each dish was a sensory journey: remarkably fresh ingredients, subtle and bold flavor combinations, all perfectly mastered. A special mention goes to the 7-course menu with wine pairing: a pure visual and gustatory masterpiece. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this enchanting experience. A treasured address in Gérardmer, to be recommended without the slightest hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

For such a chic and prestigious restaurant, it is a real shame to see a lack of attention to a simple point: we ordered 9 dishes for 2 people during our dinner, but were not able to finish everything, simply because we were no longer hungry. In addition, certain items listed on the menu were never served to us for the same reason. It would have been completely appreciated, and respectful towards customers and towards the products, to offer to take away what was left or what was not served. This small gesture would have really made a difference in the overall experience.
