The lobby was exceptional! The room issue (it was dirty) was quickly resolved at reception, and we were upgraded, so that was great. Breakfast was very good, though not extraordinary. The pool, sauna, and hammam were very nice but could be improved as the floor was very slippery and there were no signs indicating where to go to the changing rooms. For a 4-star hotel, I'm really disappointed, especially considering the price. If you want a nice hotel with a pool and spa, it's fine; if you're looking for a hotel that truly deserves its 4 stars, look elsewhere.

We love your establishment, the premium room was great except that some things weren't working properly. On arrival, the key box was broken, the tap was faulty, and there was less choice at breakfast than usual…and it was impossible to get the Wi-Fi working…

The remote control wasn't working properly. The room wasn't the one we requested. The staff was pleasant. I can't give a definitive opinion yet; I'm hesitant to book again. It would be easier if there were a discount.

Very pleasant hotel with a swimming pool. Its proximity to the Italian restaurant and bowling alley is perfect for a great evening without needing a car. Beautiful, modern room. However, there was a major drawback: we were in a room where two single beds were pushed together, but they split in two during the night. There was a gap between the two beds – what a shame!

Excellent hotel, the only downside is that there's unfortunately no YouTube or Netflix on the in-room TV… Otherwise, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the setting is peaceful and beautiful, and the breakfast is good.

A really nice hotel with activities like bowling and arcade games.
The room was clean, no complaints there.
The spa area was great, the only slight downside was that the pool water wasn't very warm.

We received a very warm welcome. The room was very spacious, and we thank the hotel for the thoughtful touch in our room. The only slight drawback was a bit of noise, as the air conditioning units were located behind the wall of our room (one star less for this minor point).
The breakfast buffet was, as always, excellent and plentiful.
We recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality service.

Superb place, tastefully renovated!
This is our third time here, and certainly not our last! A big plus for the spa and breakfast; thank you for the variety, lots of savory options, which is great for those who don't eat sweets in the morning!
