We were near the spa we appreciated this proximity but unfortunately arrived we saw that the jacuzzi had disappeared and I was very disappointed and especially a person who cleaned the floor with a machine for 10 minutes the color was announced… also the swimming pool was not is not heated between 28 and 30 degrees as advertised it is cold when you get inside there is no feeling of heat at all... I noticed that some customers have fun doing laps for several minutes and it is calm there does not reign during this moment when we would like to relax in the sauna or the hammam and there most of the men were in swimming shorts which is prohibited but since it is not supervised... my partner should have worn shorts he would have been more comfortable the view is still beautiful from the spa… the decor of the hotel and the breakfast were great however there was one thing that bothered us the most which was in the evening around 11 p.m. 00 a.m. we heard the bedroom doors slamming, the sound of footsteps and the TV from the neighbor upstairs... we had to call reception twice in a row for them to come and intervene... finally the end of our stay was coming to an end, we did this remark to the receptionist but we didn't even get an excuse...to be honest he didn't care a bit... on the other hand the proximity of the bakery and the bowling alley and the restaurant near the gas station was great!

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Clean and quiet.

4* hotel that doesn’t deserve it The general feeling is more like 3* The staff is friendly and the common areas (hammam, sauna, swimming pool and gym) are well appointed, luxurious and spacious The room is bordering on renovation with the damaged bathtub, very low water flow, non-functional hair dryer, slightly broken dressers and some very dim lamps. The TV is not a Smart TV, there are only satellite channels. The restaurant, breakfast, bowling and billiards are in another building with access via an exterior walkway.

Too much chlorine in the pool, our eyes stinged a lot. The bedding is not great, I had a lot of back pain. These are the only two negative points for us, overall, super top, good dinner, top room.

I'm mixed. Room smaller than in the photos. A spider and bathroom sink not clean. However, the shower is beautiful but the shower/toilet doors are poorly designed to be opened simultaneously and poorly maintained. The breakfast is great but we had to go there at 8:15 a.m. because the hostess had warned us that from 9 a.m. there would be more choice. The spa is not worth visiting. I am very disappointed on this point because I was going there for my wedding anniversary. Cloudy pool water. Small swimming pool and we had to go there on Sunday at 9 a.m. because on Saturday at 4 p.m. there were too many people (around 20 people) and more than 1 square meter to move around. The hammam was not hot enough. The bowling alley has the merit of being present but the same, on Saturday at 10 p.m. there was at least a 45 minute wait to get a lane, so we were not able to take advantage of this facility. The proximity of Val d'Europe saves the bill a little (10min) The parking lot is quite large in the hotel, you can park there easily. Check-in was quick. Our room on the ground floor was noisy because it was located in the middle of the passage to the restaurant/bowling alley.

We had a pleasant stay. I'm taking two stars off because I've rarely seen such strong air conditioning in a hotel. We were constantly cold in the hotel, fortunately we could turn it off in the room. For the swimming pool, it is filled with chlorine and not just a little because even without going underwater it burned my eyes so much that it was strong. And for the room, the bathroom was very damaged. Damage

The hotel is located directly on the motorway (this was not noticeable in our room) and is the ideal starting point for Disneyland, from here it is around 10 minutes by car. We received a very friendly welcome, the staff is always friendly. The room was clean and functionally furnished. Swimming pool and sauna were good, there are times for families and adults. The breakfast buffet was rich. There is a supermarket and several restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. We'd love to come back.

Nous sommes allés en famille, accueil moyen! Pizza très peu garnie pour le prix. Nous n’y retournerons pas une 2eme fois!
