One of Montpellier's historic cafés, a meeting place for many students. Huge, very pleasant terrace, very friendly staff with excellent service. Fair prices. Does not do catering. You can bring your snack there!

Always well received, always on time, a pleasant place and a place where you can read while sipping a Tango! The servers are not only beautiful! They are effective! It has become a bit of my reference in Montpellier.

I am completely surprised by the bad reviews! I had a great time at the Café de la Mer, the servers are very friendly and make you feel at ease when you enter the bar. Fast service and affordable prices!

29/08/2024: We're not locals so we don't have any history with this restaurant but we ate really well. We wanted good chicken and noodles and rice and we got exactly what we wanted. The staff is very nice and we had a cheap meal for two (€30 with two menus and 2 supplements). So we recommend, the terrace is pleasant in the shade and it’s tidy.
28/07/2024: It is very uncomfortable to eat with people smoking next to you. The man serving was somewhat rude when answering questions.

10/11/2024: For €1.40 for a pain au chocolat and €1.35 for a croissant, I expected above-average quality, but it's still pretty standard. It's good but expensive On the other hand, it was the only bakery in the area open this Sunday morning.
