Wow! What a pleasant surprise! The flavors of the appetizer, main course, and dessert were all exceptional, as was the beautiful presentation. It truly is a wonderful place. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant, especially since the chef, Charlotte, is so attentive to his customers and passionate about wine, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I will definitely be back soon. All the best to you!

What a wonderful discovery! While strolling through the streets of Brest, I stumbled upon this restaurant. Looking at the menu, I realized there simply isn't one 🤔 It's a unique concept with a set menu created according to the seasonal produce and what's available at the market. The meal was excellent, the bread homemade. I was lucky enough to eat at the counter and watch the dishes being prepared right before my eyes. And the bonus for tea lovers: two pages of the best teas from Palais des Thés. The water temperature and brewing time are meticulously followed, and that makes all the difference. In short, go for it!

Simply excellent from start to finish. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, perfect textures. The combinations are harmonious and the flavors are rich and complex. I found the tables quite close together, but that's not really a problem when you come for the food :) We'll be back!

A great find and a pleasant experience. The lunch menu is a bit pricey, even though the quality is there. I understand the "blind" concept, but it meant no choice was possible. Worth a try again.

I recently came for brunch and particularly enjoyed the various dishes on offer. It was a truly delightful culinary experience, and I would definitely return. However, the atmosphere wasn't quite what we expected. We understood that the manager was annoyed with his partner. However, to come up to her and tell her (loud enough for us to hear) "I'm a professional, which you're not, and this proves it" was disrespectful, not only to her (who, on the contrary, remained calm and didn't respond) but also to the other customers who simply wanted to enjoy a meal in what should normally be a pleasant setting. I won't mention the other comments we heard, particularly about some customers being early, but we found it regrettable, as it detracted from the atmosphere of this establishment, which we had heard so many good things about. The smiles at the tables then seemed less genuine. It's a shame; we would have liked to feel truly welcome. However, we hope to return, hoping that things will have calmed down.

Honestly, it's hard to put into words… it was exceptional. The team was pleasant and attentive, the staff took excellent care of us from beginning to end—truly flawless. The food was, as always, exceptional. I knew the old restaurant, and upon returning to Brest, I discovered the changes… well, bravo! Special mention goes to the takeaway menu and its delicious and refined pastries—absolutely top-notch. We especially appreciate how lucky we were to have gotten a table, almost beyond our wildest dreams. A big thank you to the person who cancelled 😁 you missed out 🫣. In short, thank you again for this wonderful dining experience.
