The restaurant's setting is simply charming, offering an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming, ideal for a special evening, a casual meal with friends or family. The quality of the food was impeccable, with careful presentation, a real delight for the taste buds, both for the dishes and also for the deserts. Dishes prepared using fresh, quality ingredients. The restaurant team ensured that our experience was perfect in every way, displaying remarkable professionalism and kindness, in a very friendly and warm setting. The wine list of this restaurant is a true odyssey for the taste buds, offering a varied choice that will delight wine lovers, both novices and experts, through a meticulous selection that speaks of a love for good wines. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy delicious meals in a beautiful setting and with impeccable service. A round of applause to the whole team !
11/01/2024: An unmissable restaurant in the city center of Valencia, just behind the theater where you can spend pleasant moments. Freda who always welcomes you with a smile and invites you to taste fabulous wines and a delicious menu. I highly recommend this place

Ideally located opposite Parc Jouvet, the store is huge, magnificently lit, and its splendid windows are filled with adorable boxes of macaroons and chocolates; it's almost intimidating. Fortunately, my greed being stronger than my fear of not being at my place in this luxurious place, I entered. And I did well. Not only was the welcome absolutely charming, but she was there waiting for me, the coveted delicacy: the Swiss This naive-looking little guy is a bit reminiscent of Alsatian mannele. But here the dough is shortbread and not brioche. Thinking of making it my breakfast and snack for the next day, I chose the 300g format (at €10.30. It also existed in 200g at €7) In reality, he didn't survive the morning. However, the seller warned me: their recipe is the best. This is undoubtedly true. No resolution of moderation could have held up in the face of this melting paste with the flavor of almond and orange, subtly flavored with rum. Here I am condemned to try to make it again myself, or to return to Valence...
