Warm and friendly place with Basque decor. The burgers are very good! I recommend this place for a bite to eat during the lunch break! Prices remain correct!

Quite disappointed Room resembling a canteen. In addition, the tables of 2 are very close together which does not allow you to converse in complete peace. In addition, the menu is illegible, especially the prices in orange. The 400 gr piece of beef did not seem to me to exceed 280 to 300. The waitress telling us <here is a PIECE OF BREAD> Lack of choice of sauce with the meat.

Choisi totalement au hasard lors d'un passage à St Yrieix. Repas simple mais très bon avec un service bien sympathique.

Came here while at our holiday home nearby. We hadn’t booked but was given a table on the terrace lovely while the sun was setting. The food was lovely and fresh , the burger was delicious the bun was like a croissant so tasty. The homemade chips was delicious Would recommend this place . The staff was very friendly

25/09/2024: We had a lovely ‘menu de jour’ meal here for a bargain. The food is not ‘cordon bleu’, but very tasty and nutritious It’s clearly very popular with local tradespeople for lunch, as well as a few other locals having social meals out. It’s not aimed at tourists, but we were made very welcome For any British folks who aren’t familiar with this sort of place, imagine the best ‘greasy spoon’ cafe you’ve ever been to, then think of it serving French home cooking instead, at about half the price you’d pay in the UK (4 courses, bread, ½ litre wine and coffees at less than £15 a head)
01/09/2024: Small "worker's restaurant" as they were called before there was fast food.....unpretentious but well-cooked cuisine, choice of dishes, on-site cooking. There are few like that left, let's not hesitate to put them to work rather than eating a hamburger while driving your car in a large parking lot, the price is the same!!!!
