We don’t feel the fervor, it’s old. The cuisine is old-fashioned, the service approximate but tries to be of quality there is good will... the dishes were quite good with imperfections linked to a certain era of heavy cuisine.

Very good place with fresh and very good products.
On the other hand, 45 minutes to have a plate with half a crab, 4 oysters, 3 langoustines, 4 pink shrimps, a dozen whelks and a handful of gray shrimps for €42, I found that too long, knowing that we had arrived at the start of the service, and I'll let you judge the price.
Then a grilled lobster, delicious.
Given the time for the service, we did not take the time to have dessert.
Small thing too, out of 3 soap dispensers in the toilet, one was empty and one did not work.

Je suis ravi que Perard retrouve son panache d’antan ! Nous avons très bien déjeuné, le service était parfait et les plats excellent. Je connais ce restaurant depuis cinquante ans car j’y venais avec mes parents. Pendant un moment cette endroit plongée, aujourd’hui il est redevenu Perard ! Je vais d’ailleurs prévenir mon entourage et leur dire qu’il peuvent y retourner. Bravo !
