A wonderful culinary discovery, with an exceptional blend of garden herbs, spices, and fresh produce. The welcome and the setting (summer garden) are as enchanting as the chef's cuisine. Bravo!

Truly excellent! Refined menu, committed to green cuisine. All in an elegant setting, served with warmth, and excellent value for money. With a magnificent wine list (the natural wine is excellent). I hope to return as soon as possible!

19/04/2026: The hotel is advertised as 3 stars and the restaurant as 2 stars, but this should be reversed. The menus, while a bit pricey, were worthy of a top-tier restaurant, with impeccable service. However, the twin room we had in the annex, while very clean with comfortable beds, was too basic for a 3-star hotel. There was no welcome tray, not even a small bottle of water and glasses. We had to use the cardboard cups from the bathroom. The bedside lamp didn't work, there was a tiny TV, and only one chair. Otherwise, the welcome was very warm, and the hotel is situated in a beautiful park.
11/04/2026: I went to the Hermitage for dinner. Great location, pleasant setting, efficient staff. The dishes are generous, the only slight complaint is that they are a little too salty, but that's a personal opinion.

26/04/2026: We spent one night at this hotel as a family. The welcome was very pleasant, the quadruple room was perfectly suited to our needs, very clean, quiet at night, and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with delicious pastries and fresh bread. As an added bonus, there was a magnificent, fragrant wisteria in the courtyard! We will be back. Thank you!
26/01/2026: I stayed here during a business trip. The manager was very welcoming, and the room was clean and of good quality. The meals... Excellent! The starter, main course, dessert, and drink were all generous and of very high quality! I highly recommend it!
