This town was just a stop on our journey, but in the heart of winter, it offered us one of the most comforting moments of the trip: a piping hot Vietnamese fondue. From the moment you step inside, the decor immerses you in a familiar, authentically Vietnamese atmosphere. The menu features classic dishes—pho, bún bò, fried rice, and fondue—with equally delicious side dishes. As a Vietnamese person myself, I was touched by the authenticity of the flavors. Add to that the kindness of the owners, generous portions, and affordable prices: this place was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend it.
