A wonderful little restaurant. Upon entering, you arrive in a beautifully decorated courtyard, where you'll receive a personalized welcome, enjoy the cozy atmosphere, and savor delicious food. I had a wonderful time. I will gladly return. Fred.

The setting is absolutely charming, located in an inner courtyard, and the welcome is warm. As for the food: the sauces are simply divine, and that's saying something. The ingredients are fresh, and the value for money is unbeatable. A peaceful spot in this beautiful city.

A truly wonderful little restaurant with incredibly delicious food; we haven't eaten this well in a restaurant for a long time! The restaurant is tucked away in a courtyard, and reservations are highly recommended. The menu is small but excellent, the food is delicious and prepared with care. My wife and I went to the Perles des Saveurs restaurant and unfortunately did not enjoy the food. To start with the positives, the restaurant offers a warm atmosphere, with very pretty and carefully executed decor, both inside and out. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. The drinks, appetizer, and main course were served very quickly. The presentation of the dishes was also elegant and well done. On the other hand, we found it rather unprofessional that only wines were listed on the menu and that we had to ask the waitress/manager for a non-alcoholic beverage. The quantity of drinks served (although they were brought in their original containers) seemed quite small. Furthermore, I don't know if this is a common occurrence, but throughout our meal, a low, muffled noise (similar to that of a machine) was audible, which was not at all pleasant. Regarding the meal, we find it unacceptable that, for €82 for four different courses, neither my wife nor I were able to enjoy at least one of them. For starters, we chose marinated salmon and butternut squash soup: - The problem with the marinated salmon was mainly the cream, whose lemony flavor was perhaps too strong. - The butternut squash soup was quite good, but too salty for our taste. For the main courses, we opted for scallops and beef stew: - I found the beef stew relatively good, but nothing exceptional, and it seemed slightly cold. We fully understand that the main aspect—the taste of the dishes—remains subjective, and that it is entirely possible to enjoy this cuisine (which justifies our 3-star rating). However, despite being very open to all kinds of flavors, I must say that none of the dishes provided us with a unique or truly enjoyable sensation. We would therefore recommend this restaurant to a more discerning clientele, with palates accustomed to this type of cuisine.

The starters were perfect, we didn’t like our main dishes as much as the starters. We had a citron tart as dessert and it was delicious!

Culinary edification and stupefaction. Familiar staples reimagined. The restaurant was emptying out at 8.45pm on a Saturday, but it soon filled up again. Beer on tap.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food is excellent, the menu is rather small, but that's a sign of quality. The welcome and service are very pleasant and efficient. It's absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be back. Good value for money.
