Small, friendly restaurant offering sophisticated, daring cuisine with quality products. Very good address, after having tested the lunch and dinner menu I can assure you that you will have a great time. The managers are young and super welcoming. Great value for money. You will enjoy !

Excellent from start to finish. Perfectly prepared salmon tataki, an incredible and perfectly balanced lemon meringue tart. Fast, efficient service with a smile. A real moment of pleasure in a pleasant intimate atmosphere.

Came in at random this afternoon, and there was room for two. In my opinion it won't last! The cuisine is excellent, fine, and the service is friendly 🤩 I regret not having taken a photo to make your mouth water: the soft-boiled egg sauce is good enough to drink a whole bowl of, the same goes for the one pluma, and I am still amazed by the sweetness of this lemon meringue tart (not acidic at all, and well buttered). No doubt, we will come back!

The à la carte menus are excellent and diverse, aperitifs, traditional southwestern menus, quality wines, delicious desserts. It's worth booking, you won't regret it. " Friends first " ! Friends agree, A Toulouse treat, located at 38 rue du Pont Guillheméry 31500 Toulouse. (from Place Dupuy, cross the Canal du Midi).
