We used Philippe Gault Catering for our wedding at Château de La Vallade last May. Everything was perfect! The communication during the planning process, their responsiveness, and their flexibility with changes were all excellent. The cocktail hour and dinner were delicious and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the maître d'hôtel, Loïc, and his team for their efficiency and discretion. I recommend this caterer 1000%!
