This is a Vietnamese restaurant I've visited several times while living in France. There's a line on some days, but you usually get in quickly. The portions are generous and filling.

A small, unassuming restaurant that's surprisingly welcoming. The food is superb and the service efficient. The dishes are reasonably priced, but the dining room is quite small.

The broth is cloudy, but it tastes better than I expected.
I think it's because they put in a lot of meat,
and you can taste a slight herbal medicine flavor.
I also liked that they served a lot of vegetables.
I ordered raw meat rice noodles,
and the rice noodles were a bit lukewarm, which was a shame.
So, I gave it 4 stars... but I'd definitely come back.
The dad joke(?) of claiming 40 euros when paying was 400 euros was refreshing and funny to hear in Europe, lol.

The table turnover rate is very fast! You don't need to wait too long.
It's incredibly satisfying to have a delicious bowl of pho in this cold weather. The beef pho (with all toppings) is just as delicious as what I've had in Vietnam! The portion is very generous!
The fried spring rolls (chicken) are also very good.
Highly recommended! The service is excellent, and the restrooms are clean!
