Pho Odessa sur Paris

Quick service with a generous and flavorful Pho soup. Simple menu. Good value for money in a lively neighborhood with plenty of options. However, it can be noisy, especially when the staff are clearing the tableware.

Well, to be honest, I'm only going to rate the taste because the rest was decent, too good, cheap, really good.

The food is absolutely delicious, no complaints there! However, the portions are a bit small. A major drawback is the Pho sauce: they serve it in small, flat plates, which makes it incredibly difficult to use. It would be so much better if they put the sauce in squeeze bottles (like the kind with dispensers); it would be far more convenient to serve.

Excellent discovery! The Vietnamese cuisine is authentic and full of flavor. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. Special mention for the pho and spring rolls—absolutely delicious! The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. The atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
