Pho Saïgon sur Thionville

I come quite often and it's always very nice. I do find the lack of vegetarian dishes a shame, though.

We were in a rush with only 45 minutes for lunch before our train. The team immediately understood our time constraint, the service was extremely fast, and it was excellent. We even arrived at the station early. Thank you!

I chose this restaurant somewhat randomly after reading reviews on TripAdvisor, and what a pleasant surprise! This restaurant truly deserves all the positive feedback it receives. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm, attentive, and genuine team. The staff were present just the right amount, never intrusive, and above all, offered excellent advice. The menu offers an interesting selection without being endless, which is already quite reassuring regarding the freshness and preparation of the dishes. We had a view of the kitchen and could indeed see that everything was prepared with care. I had reserved some steamed dumplings 20 minutes in advance, as they are made to order. And it really shows: very fresh, with very distinct flavors and each ingredient clearly identifiable on the palate. I then chose the pork ribs with fleur de sel and honey, accompanied by stir-fried noodles. A real success. The cooking was perfect, the flavors very well balanced, and the portion particularly generous. I didn't even manage to finish my meal, and the staff spontaneously offered to take the rest home. Needless to say, there was no room left for dessert. But on their recommendation, we did try the Shanghai Coffee, made with sake, coffee, and whipped cream. A truly memorable experience. I sincerely think I'll order it every time I visit. We finished with iced sake flavored with rose blossom, which was another explosion of flavors. Beyond the food, what we'll also remember is the time we spent there. We were able to take our time, never feeling rushed to leave. We ended up staying until closing time, chatting with the staff. Excellent cuisine, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, wonderful discoveries, and an evening we'll remember for a long time. We'll definitely be back.

Always a great time! The food is always delicious and plentiful, even for big eaters! The waiters and waitresses are always smiling and at your service. Today, for Mother's Day, they had a little something extra for the moms: not a rose, but a lovely bag of Ikisen 3, 2, 1 Dodo herbal tea! Enough for about thirty cups! I actually love this restaurant; it's much better than those all-you-can-eat places that are disgusting!

The daily menu was excellent and plentiful. The quality is definitely there. The service is impeccable and everyone is very attentive. A place I would definitely recommend.
