Pho Tai, France sur Paris

The beef pho and beef shacha are quite delicious, and the service staff are very friendly.

The Vietnamese beef noodle soup is amazing good. It's even better than I tried at San Jose and San Francisco (USA), Hong Kong, Saigon (Vietnam), it's the best I ever tried in 40 years. No wonder you gwt Michelin award 3 times !

It is best to come when it opens because the room fills up very quickly! The cooking is very quick and good. The normal pho is really filling, it is better for small stomachs to take the small one. The soup is very good (without MSG while many other restaurants use a lot). The disadvantages: it's quite narrow and the waiters press on you with their looks and actions PS: I had a hair in my bowl of pho, after reporting it, they immediately changed it for me

The taste is made with more care than other Vietnamese restaurants in District 13. The meat is cooked on a grill like charcoal charcoal, and it is marinated perfectly, so there is no unpleasant smell and the fire taste is the best. (The chicken was especially impressive) I had some left over after eating until I was full, so I took some away. (packaging container 0.50 EUR)

The restaurant would perhaps deserve an extra star if not for the vile business strategies adopted by the owners, who accept payment by card from €14.80 while much of the menu offers dishes for €14. .50 € and nothing costs less than 12 €. What should I do to close a 30 cent gap? Buying a second pho without finishing the first? Or maybe the carafe of tea for €7? The prices are high but commensurate with the inhuman proportions of the bowls, the bottom of which even an adult male bovine would not be able to see. No one among the people sitting around me ate more than half their pho, which leads me to wonder: why not reduce the quantities and lower the prices, thus coming within the neighborhood average? ? But above all, why charge me €1 more to take away leftovers when drinking 4 liters of broth with 2000 vermicelli is clearly an impossible task? To complete the scam, the cashier got impatient because none of our 3 credit cards seemed to work, when in reality the problem came from her POS. My fish and coconut milk pho was good, but not enough to convince me to come back to this restaurant a second time.
