A superb welcome and breathtaking views of the castle. The dishes lived up to the setting, especially the braised pork cheek, which melted in your mouth. From appetizer to dessert, a delight! A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it.

Everything was great: the welcome, the view of the castle and the rear, the service, and the original and tasty cuisine.

An excellent restaurant with a view of Foix Castle. We went on a Saturday at lunchtime and had the €39 set menu. It was truly delicious. The waiter was very attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend it. The drinks were also very good, flavorful, and well-balanced.

A long time ago, I had the pleasure of discovering La Perlotte de Phoebus, and I left with wonderful memories. This past Friday and Saturday evenings, I decided to return, and I can confirm without hesitation that the experience was just as exceptional. From the warm welcome, seated at a table with a breathtaking view of Foix Castle, every moment became magical. The service, always impeccable, added a touch of elegance to the evening. But what truly stood out were the dishes: flavorful and refined, they awakened the taste buds with every bite. Bravo to the entire team at La Perlotte de Phoebus for this unforgettable experience!
