This restaurant is ideally located directly opposite the magnificent Foix castle, with a superb view that makes the meal even more enjoyable. The setting is truly exceptional.
The cuisine is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The service is warm, quick, and professional. You can tell the team loves their work and takes great care of their customers.
A perfect place to eat in Foix, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends. I highly recommend it if you want to have a wonderful time while enjoying the view of the castle!

This was my first time at this restaurant, which offers a beautiful view of Foix Castle. The waiter was very friendly and offered excellent advice. We enjoyed a delicious meal of refined cuisine in very generous portions, offering good value for money.

Excellent restaurant!
The welcome and service were impeccable.
The menu is varied, with something for everyone.
The dishes were delicious.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food (less than €50 per person including cocktails, a starter, a main course, and a shared dessert).
The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with the added bonus of a beautiful view.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time there; it was a great find.

Having lunch overlooking the castle is already lovely, but having lunch at La Perlotte is a truly magical moment; everything is beautiful and delicious! The service was impeccable, thank you!!!! PS: 6 stars for the sauerkraut ;-)
