What a surprise to discover the new owners, the chef and cook! At La Perlotte, they create and cook with flair and a genuine pleasure in sharing with their customers. Chantal and Cédric welcome you into their world of gourmets. Their cuisine is revisited and generous, with signature dishes that change daily according to the season and their inspiration. A few examples include Hélène's shoulder of lamb, leek and oyster mushroom lasagna with goat cheese and pumpkin seeds, pork cheek confit in Banyuls wine, duck fat fries, and a revisited chestnut and pecan éclair. À la carte suggestions and a daily special are also available. A complete set menu is €39. The value for money is more than satisfactory.
