A superb welcome and breathtaking views of the castle. The dishes lived up to the setting, especially the braised pork cheek, which melted in your mouth. From appetizer to dessert, a delight! A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it.

An excellent restaurant with a view of Foix Castle. We went on a Saturday at lunchtime and had the €39 set menu. It was truly delicious. The waiter was very attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend it. The drinks were also very good, flavorful, and well-balanced.

From the warm welcome, seated at a table with a breathtaking view of Foix Castle, every moment became magical. The service, always impeccable, added a touch of elegance to the evening.
