21/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in Foix, friendly welcome, original flavor, beautiful presentation and everything delicious, we will be back.

08/03/2026: A small, traditional French restaurant located near Foix Castle. It was excellent, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I recommend the duck parmentier, which was simply delicious. For dessert, the coffee verrine (the exact name escapes me) was also delectable. The portions were generous for a very reasonable price, the food was high quality, and made with local products! It's worth noting that there isn't a lot of space inside.

03/04/2026: The couscous was decent, the pastries were very average, the mint tea had no mint flavor, and in my opinion, the price was too high for the overall quality. This is just my opinion.

The cuisine is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The service is warm, quick, and professional. You can tell the team loves their work and takes great care of their customers. A perfect place to eat in Foix, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends. 13/03/2026: Delicious meal with homemade dishes; you can feel the desire to share and the care shown to the guests. The suckling pig was a pure delight. The port flan was excellent!! The quince paste with cheese... a poem 😍!!! And I haven't even mentioned the wines 🥰🥰🥰, truly delightful to drink!!! I will gladly return soon.

08/04/2026: Our daughter gave us a 3-night stay at this hotel as a gift. It was a wonderful present that we thoroughly enjoyed. It's a very welcoming hotel with a touch of vintage charm. Its location is perfect. It's in the city's historic center and on the banks of the Ariège River. A great base for exploring Foix. The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt very comfortable. The room we stayed in, with its river view, was spacious and comfortable. In this room, the headboard featured a starry sky that lit up. Since the weather was beautiful those days, we were able to have breakfast on a terrace by the river. A very pleasant experience. There was also a bar service in the evenings. Thanks to the kindness of Alban, Maëlle, and the rest of the staff, we had an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: An "old-fashioned" hotel with lots of charm (old building, small bar area with an intimate atmosphere inside, etc.), a very pleasant welcome and service, clean and comfortable rooms... An address I book at regularly, and which I recommend!

10/02/2026: I enjoyed the three-cheese macaroni; it was delicious. It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant; the service is friendly and the dishes are generally well-prepared. I've really enjoyed many of the dishes I've had there.

05/01/2026: Rare restaurant open on a Monday evening. Decent pizza. Goat cheese salad with a mass-produced log of cheese and soggy toast... It's not hard to do better!
