You can go there with your eyes closed!!!
And the setting with the view of the Foix castle is great too!

06/04/2024: What a meeting! An incredible welcome. My wife and I came with our two daughters. We spoke at length with the owner and her daughter. What a welcome ! How rigorous! It's rare. Dishes as delicious as they are beautiful. Products from the short circuit. A delight. We will definitely come back.
For those who think this restaurant has been unchanged for a long time, come meet this family of passionate restaurateurs who took over the business after COVID.

02/04/2024: I can't help but give this restaurant 5 stars, it fully deserves it. In an atmosphere of good friends, a welcome that is a pleasure to see, an establishment decorated in an artisanal way.
As for dishes, I would recommend the cuts of beef. Also try the piece of beef for 2, it's a treat accompanied by a little Ariégeois wine, but I'll let the host tell you about it, he will do it better than me.
Desserts are also homemade.
Finally, a good address to discover or rediscover.

08/12/2023: This is the only sushi restaurant in town. After testing, the quality is poor. Not so much in the product as in the making of the pieces. The fish is fresh but that’s a minimum. The sashimi is roughly cut, the sushi does not meet the fish/rice standard with little fish coverage. The best pieces offered remain the makis and californias.

20/09/2023: A charming and calm setting on the banks of the river and a warm interior. The welcome is pleasant, discreet and the hostess is very kind. The dishes are excellent, rich in flavors (with vegetarian and vegan options) and hearty.
