Pinocchio sur Paris

A very good Italian restaurant. Generous portions, excellent Spritz, and a superb pistachio crème brûlée. Furthermore, the service was very friendly. We had a wonderful time. The 4/5 rating for the atmosphere should be considered in light of the date of our dinner (August 22nd) when it wasn't very busy. We will gladly return.

An inviting and comfortable terrace, an attentive and friendly waiter, and delicious and generous pizzas.

The pizzas and pasta were very good, and the service was quick and friendly.

Unforgettable, superb restaurant

We came for dinner this evening with my daughter. The dishes were generally good, however, the glass of Chardonnay was truly awful, a bland wine that was clearly not worth the price (€6.50). The sugar crepe from the children's menu was also disappointing. What left us with the worst impression was the way a simple comment was handled. The children's menu included a grenadine, but it was charged separately because I had ordered it before specifying that we would be having the children's menu. When I pointed this out at the checkout, the waiter who took our order responded very condescendingly, telling me that I should have mentioned it beforehand and that he couldn't cancel anything. It's not the €4.50 surcharge that bothers me, but the lack of customer service and the way I was treated. A polite explanation, or a simple gesture of goodwill, would have been more than enough. It's a shame, because this attitude ruins what could have been a pleasant experience. We won't be back.

We came to celebrate our 4th anniversary here, we also celebrated our 2nd anniversary here; the restaurant is always pleasant, the servers always kind, and the food always delicious.

A great restaurant in a lively quarter near Gare Montparnasse. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely ambiance on the large terrace, which was very busy, always a good recommendation. I had the Pinocchio Burger, very tasty. Recommended.
