Excellent place! Original concept, idyllic setting, warm welcome, authentic cuisine, and as a bonus, a singer who transported us to a festive, open-air café atmosphere. A very pleasant experience. Arrive early to be sure of getting a table. I highly recommend it.

The setting is very pretty, but I was a little disappointed by the food. The prices are high for what's offered. A €27.50 set menu with a simple potato wrapped in aluminum foil as a side dish... The place has potential, but the upkeep could be improved.

Beautiful setting. The food was nothing special (trout with baked potato and a small chive sauce). As for the service, we were abandoned mid-meal. After waiting half an hour, we had to go find a waiter. As a result, the dessert we wanted was no longer available. The only options were red berry panna cotta or (store-bought) ice cream. We were therefore somewhat disappointed. A shame.

An unforgettable experience! You can fish for your own trout (request this when booking) and then they'll prepare them on the barbecue at no extra charge, included in the menu. The setting is idyllic; you can smell the delicious aroma of the smokehouse as soon as you arrive, and the color of the water makes you want to swim. All the products are local, the service is impeccable, I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the Gouffre du Blagour! We particularly enjoyed our lunch in a truly unique and charming setting. The place is full of character and offers a peaceful and original environment. A big thank you also to the managers, who are lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating. Their kindness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for a great time, delicious food, and a truly special setting. A fantastic discovery, we will definitely be back!

Everything was truly wonderful, perfect for a relaxing, convivial, and delicious meal... trout cooked over a wood fire. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a meal in the shade of the trees by the water. We'll definitely be back! 🤩

We had a delicious meal at Le Gouffre de Blagour for the second time today. Delicious trout in a great atmosphere and very friendly owners. Highly recommended. However, always make a reservation first to avoid disappointment. We would love to come back again.
