You are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind; it's truly a pleasure. We feel at ease as soon as we arrive. Frankly disappointed with the Thai crispy shirashi sauce. The rice was plentiful, as was the sauce, but the chicken was overcooked and there wasn't enough of it. I'll eat it once, but not again, especially after having tried it elsewhere.

11/04/2026: The food was excellent; the beef cheek bourguignon, the burger, and the duck breast were all superb. And the caramel French toast was exceptional. The service was quick and the waitress attentive; I highly recommend it.
08/04/2026: Excellent French cuisine! The perfect egg was superb, beautifully presented and showcased. The rest of the meal was just as good. We had a choice between the set menu and à la carte dishes. We opted for the set menu. Thank you so much! See you soon!

Restaurant Le Lift

16/05/2026: We had dinner at Le Lift in Orléans, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers a superb view of the Loire River. The service was impeccable: the servers were perfectly knowledgeable about what they were serving, quick, and attentive. We didn't have to wait at all, despite the restaurant being almost full. The sommelier was fantastic and recommended an excellent wine. As for the food, it was simply excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and subtly combined. For my starter, I chose the foie gras, while my partner opted for the egg. Both dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The main course was served in two courses, with a cold preparation followed by a hot one surrounding the veal. The cooking was perfect: pink for my partner and medium for me. The dessert, combining chocolate, raspberry, and mint, literally melted in the mouth. We will return with great pleasure and recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly. A must-try restaurant in Orléans, not to be missed.
14/05/2026: The outdoor setting is delightful, and the restaurant's decor is original. The service was excellent. I can't comment on the food as it was a large group and the set menu wasn't necessarily to my taste. However, I will definitely return as soon as I'm back in Orléans for a non-business trip.
