⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent shop on the Grand Place! Ideally located in the heart of Valenciennes, this Nicolas wine shop is a real gem. Although the space isn't huge, the store is impeccably laid out and a real pleasure to browse. You immediately feel at home. The selection is impressive: the whisky section is incredibly comprehensive, and the wine selection is very extensive, perfect for finding the ideal bottle, whether as a gift or a treat for yourself. A very pleasant surprise on the price front as well: I was expecting much higher prices, but they are surprisingly affordable! Finally, a special mention for the service: the staff are incredibly kind, truly attentive to customers, and offer excellent advice without ever being pushy. A neighborhood shop just the way we like them, one that makes you want to return regularly. You can go there with your eyes closed!
