The best pizza in Aix: fast service, a wide variety of choices, all very good, generous portions for takeout, and the same goes for the full size. I recommend the Mediterranean vegetable pizza...delicious! The only downside is that you often have to be careful when sweeping the oven, as burnt flour often sticks to it during reheating: this is highly carcinogenic. You should refuse the pizza if this happens.

Randomly passing by to have to a quick bite to save time, and the Focaccia was so unexpectedly delicious and crispy, it was so good we went back to try the pizza and equally amazing. Quite a delightful discovery in town.

05/07/2026: We had a very pleasant time at your establishment. The dishes were truly delicious, simple yet expertly prepared. No complaints whatsoever about the food. One small drawback, however: we sometimes felt pressured by the waiter to order more.
03/07/2026: I'm back at Le Chastel for the second time... What an evening! The dishes are beautiful, generous, and incredibly delicious: thank you to Arthur, a very talented young chef! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! And he even had the kindness to come and greet us! Davy and Yanis's service is exceptional: politeness, humor, smiles—everything is perfect... What a wonderful team! I can't wait to return as soon as possible. I highly recommend everyone stop by this restaurant.
