Nous avons fait une erreur de commande à emporter uber eat ( au lieu d être livré) qui nous a menées à dîner sur place ! Ce fut une expérience très agréable et positive, la pizza était très bonne et les fondants aussi ( tout à été servi comme si nous avions réservé une table sur place) , le personnel très accueillant et compréhensif par rapport à notre situation et notre erreur, je recommande vivement merci
The dishes served are very good, but we had a mistake in the dish (not the right pasta). Too bad.
The waitress does what she can to compensate for the 3/4 hour wait to get a carpaccio! Then dishes served at a time when the restaurant is almost empty.
Mixed atmosphere: the room manager who comes to report to the staff in front of the customers!

We were served by Maëlys who was professional and smiling from start to finish despite the pressure of a very busy service. She did her best despite waiting more than 40 minutes for our dishes.
However, I would have more to say about the head waiter, or simply a waitress with more experience within Del Arte, who allowed herself firstly to be undrinkable and to cruelly lack kindness towards her colleagues, criticizing one when her back was turned, but also doing it in front of the customers. For someone who is supposed to work in a team, I'm not sure that this contributes to the well-being of the department.
