A great place we often go to after a movie. We're lucky enough to have the same waitress, and she's really friendly and attentive. The food is very good value for money. We highly recommend this place.

I've always loved Pizza Del Arte for many years. I used to take my parents to the Part Dieu location, then I went to the Vaulx-en-Velin location, of course, first with my parents and then with my mother. Everything is good, both the pizzas and the prepared dishes, the atmosphere is great, and the waitresses are very friendly.

A special mention to the very friendly waitress with glasses! The children's menu (even though we weren't eligible) is very appealing, good to know!

Everything is perfect: the welcome, the staff, and the food, which is also very affordable. We always come back with pleasure!

Excellent service, as usual. I ordered the paccheri salsiccia, and it was a huge disappointment: the pasta was overcooked and the meatballs were dry. I won't be ordering this dish again.

Very good pizzas, very welcoming waitress, but the manager's judgmental attitude should be noted. The pizzas were excellent and the waitress was absolutely lovely, smiling, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was much more unpleasant. Upon arrival, I asked if they accepted Edenred cards. The manager seemed embarrassed and told me that she accepted restaurant vouchers but not ANCV vouchers, even though she clearly heard "Edenred." Furthermore, unlike other customers who arrived before us, no one asked us what we wanted for quite some time. Customers who arrived after us were even served before us. When it came time to pay, I wanted to use my Edenred card or my contactless bank card. I am an electronics engineer and I am perfectly familiar with how contactless payment works, which I have been using daily for over two years without any problems. The manager asked me to swipe my phone “like a card,” even though I was calmly trying to explain that all I needed to do was position it correctly in front of the terminal. Since my voice was rather quiet, I didn't really feel like I was being listened to. After exactly 35 seconds, she condescendingly replied that “it wasn't working” and that she couldn't “wait for hours,” while asking if I had another payment method, even though all my payment methods are on my phone. I then stepped aside to let the other customers go ahead, noticing the difference in tone and attitude with which they were greeted and served. When I finally insisted and explained precisely how to position the device, she tried it… and the payment went through immediately. I should also mention that when I had previously come alone with my husband, the service was very different. This time, I was alone with my children, dressed quite appropriately. It's regrettable that a woman alone with children can be automatically perceived as someone who can't afford to pay, to the point of being treated differently. As I was leaving the establishment, another customer spontaneously told me that there was no reason to treat me that way. This is what prompted me to leave this review. This situation deeply saddened me, especially since my 14-year-old daughter later asked me why this customer felt the need to say that to me. In short: excellent pizzas, wonderful waitress, but it would be important if the manager were nicer to everyone!
