I've been eating at this pizzeria for 20 years, and it remains the best in Toulouse to this day. Thanks to Zuma and his team for their warm welcome; the Carbonara was excellent, as always.

18/05/2026: The salmon was cooked perfectly. The white pepper butter sauce was also excellent. The service was quick. The only slight drawback was the noise level in the dining room when it was busy.
