The pizza is delicious, but not like in Italy. More like American. The service is excellent. A good place for a decent meal.

The entire team was incredibly welcoming. They served pizza at lunchtime and other dishes in the evening. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable for a big city like Paris.

A Parisian evening in the freezing cold 🥶 and there we discovered, behind the Olympia, the Firenze pizzeria, with a fantastic waiter, Rabah, who was incredibly friendly and professional. We were tempted by a fantastic tomato soup, followed by delicious pizzas and very generous desserts. Thank you, and especially thank you to Rabah and his smile! See you soon!

20/03/2026: Google showed the place was open and we were there at 1145, the doors were open, we went in a moment later someone texted that they were closed, we were allowed to stay anyway and when the place opened soon they asked what we wanted, the service was fast and the food was excellent. Here are a few pictures too.
19/03/2026: Exceptional service. Excellent truffle pasta. I highly recommend it!
