Arriving in the snow, we received a warm welcome at this cozy and beautifully decorated little chalet: a truly delightful experience! We immediately felt at home. From the generous steak and fries to the wood-fired bread, not forgetting the coffee served in charming English cups… everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. We look forward to trying the desserts soon, which also looked incredibly tempting!
The place is worth the detour. Located on a mountain road, much like bikers appreciate, the chalet is quite pleasant and well-suited for a tasty stop. For my part, I was craving red meat accompanied by an excellent Roquefort sauce. The dish is quite hearty, but that didn't stop me from continuing with dessert. Panna cotta with red fruit coulis to finish me off. A treat. I'll be back...
