This pizzeria is great and very good, I recommend it

The delivery man was very pleasant, thanks to Yanis and the whole team for their welcome and professionalism, fast delivery and very good pizza.

The staff is screaming in the kitchen! We ate there and honestly it was very unpleasant and embarrassing...it's not the first time I've come but it's the first time this has happened! Otherwise very good pizza but the wait was quite long (Sunday evening so understandable)!

Following my problem, I was called back very quickly to find a solution. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and kind. Thank you so much for resolving the situation quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend it! I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. This isn't the first time I've ordered from this place, but this experience was simply unacceptable. I placed a delivery order, and an hour later, still nothing. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that the delivery person had come by, rang the bell, and called me. Sorry, but this is completely false: the delivery person did none of these things. Is this a new form of competition with lost parcel delivery people? This attitude is simply disrespectful. Worse still, no solution was offered to rectify the situation, and of course, at midnight, everything is closed, leaving me with no other options. It's shameful. If you want to keep customers, start by hiring people who are truly motivated and committed to doing their jobs well, instead of those who just wait for their paycheck and don't care about customer satisfaction. It's a terrible experience, and for me, it will be the last time.
