[Good evening Liam, given your somewhat surprising response to the Yellow Pages review...🥹Indeed, we really misunderstood each other unfortunately...🤷🏼♀️ When I contacted you, I had already tried on your website around 9:45 PM...And when I finally got through to you at 10 PM, I never asked you to reopen the kitchens on purpose!? Since you're normally still open, serving customers until 10:00 PM, as you told me the day before (until 10:30 PM), because if a restaurant owner has their kitchen closed and says so, of course, we completely understand. 👍 Especially in a profession that isn't always easy. And actually, my question was simply: Could I order and pay directly online on your website: 1 meal deal (to get a drink) but have the exact same cooked steak 🔥 + potatoes as the first time? 🤷🏼♀️ But I think that probably in the rush of your service with a high volume of orders, you just must not have understood my question correctly, unfortunately, 😬 and you answered yes, even after I rephrased the question... mistakes And misunderstandings happen... And you and the other person found me to be "a nice lady"... and I still am! I understand that mistakes are humanly possible. So perhaps I could speak with you directly, as you offer other customers, to clear up this misunderstanding. (I would have left you a voicemail on your answering machine, but unfortunately, there isn't one. 🤷🏼♀️) So, let's put the past behind us and start from scratch, if you don't mind.

[Order of August 19th: I didn't quite understand what happened with the order...??🤷🏼♀️😟 I was expecting, as requested by phone, to receive the same quality of STEAK MINCED (supposedly fresh, cooked over a wood fire, delicious...🔥 the first time...early August...!?) However, having wanted to order directly online from your website...choosing a meal deal (with a drink included), I ended up with something completely different in terms of steak quality...this time definitely frozen, overcooked...So I really did ask for the same thing as last time...👀🤷🏼♀️😢 In that case, you should have just said when ordering through the website..."a burger meal deal", when you just wanted the same good steak as the first time...🤤 Well, in reality➡️ It wasn't the same product...!?🤷🏼♀️🥺 So I would have ordered the same dish for €13 as the first time (No drink, oh well...) so I can enjoy it again! 🥴 It was really too dry to eat... 😢 Big disappointment... 🤦🏼♀️ But I repeat, there must have been a communication problem with the rush of all your orders... It can happen... 🤷🏼♀️ By the way, for your information, even the potatoes were different... 🥔 too grilled and too fried, very oily... NOT AT ALL LIKE THE FIRST TIME... 🤷🏼♀️ Really bad luck that we didn't understand each other properly, I think... 🥹 So, yes, disappointed about last night and a little sad too, as you say... First time: 1/2 chicken/fries🍗🍟 (see photo) and tonight, a perfectly cooked wood-fired hamburger🔥, delicious taste... and potatoes! 🤤 Great value for money, and great telephone service, with a real customer-centric approach...🙏🙂
