Very disappointed with the pizza meatballs sweet chili sauce Sweet means sweet it had nothing sweet ultra spicy result a pizza in the trash

It's been 2 times that I've ordered a pizza and I don't have what I ordered, I'm very disappointed 😞 yet I already reported the first time that it arrived so what do you have to do to open the packaging on site, too bad you can't do it trust not even a gesture nothing

Delicious pizzas, very pleasant staff!

The prices are correct, buy one pizza, get one pizza free, but the lack of staff makes the wait long. We should think about hiring a little more to relieve the staff.

- Slightly long delay between order and service. - My wife ordered a first course which she had to change because an ingredient was out of stock... out of a bowl, an ingredient was also missing in the second course. She had to fall back on a third dish...too bad we didn't have the information when ordering... Apart from that, the pizzas are delicious and the welcome is friendly. Update 08/2024: Back at Hugo pizza on numerous occasions...no more shortages noted but preparation of orders a little slow...the quality is still there, too bad a lack of staff or a lack of organization still taints this quality!
