Pizza Maestro sur Clermont-Ferrand

26/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant for a family lunch on Sunday. We had a reservation, and upon arrival, we were greeted and shown directly to our table. The dining room was tastefully decorated, with a round table for six people, and the room was quite quiet. We had a small starter of beef carpaccio and finger fritters, or a charcuterie platter for others. This was followed by seafood pasta, pizza, or gnocchi. The dishes were excellent and generous. The dessert was also very good. The service was pleasant, although a bit slow for me, with a wait before I could order my first drink—about 2.5 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert—but very good. Worth a try! 😉
