Pizza Maestro sur Clermont-Ferrand

The pizzas are always excellent, no complaints about the quality. However, I was disappointed by the manager's attitude. A €2 error on an extra charge advertised as free can happen, but responding with "you paid, we'll see next time" isn't very customer-friendly. It's not the amount that's the problem, but the gesture. It's a shame, because it doesn't reflect the quality of the establishment.

The pizzas were very good. I ate there. I really liked their very thin crust, which I was able to eat completely, something that isn't always the case with other pizzas. Friendly service.

Ordered the Quattro Stragion without zucchini, with tomato sauce instead of crème fraîche, and the salmon was excellent overall. The host was pleasant and knew their stuff. Quiet with a good atmosphere
