16/04/2026: Don't let the surroundings put you off. Very warm welcome. Excellent restaurant: we had a wonderful dinner with a very attentive manager. Room with very comfortable bedding: a very good night's sleep. Varied breakfast and excellent coffee. Perhaps a toaster would be a nice addition. Well worth a visit.
17/03/2026: Excellent accommodation in Brive, comfortable beds, showers with good water pressure, and above all, a simple but very good restaurant with a daily menu. The sausage rougail on Monday was particularly enjoyable 👌 Friendly owners, I highly recommend it

Le Relais du Pilou

01/04/2026: Hello, this is a very good little restaurant where you can eat well all you want for €12. There's nothing to complain about. Of course, you're not served like in a 5-star restaurant, but the price isn't the same. You have to know what you want. I eat there every time I go down to Brive and I've never been disappointed.
27/03/2026: It's really a working-class restaurant; the food is average, but the interior needs a complete renovation.
