One key element that convinces me the entire menu is delicious is the pizza dough. I ate in and was able to bite into my pizza fresh from the oven: a real treat. Even the last slices, which had cooled down by the time I reached for them, remained pleasantly soft. Very high quality. A warm welcome, the team has a real sense of service, the residents of Ambarès are very lucky to have this pizzeria in their town!
