That was a great bit of pizza! Only a few eat in tables, but what a fantastic place. James says it the best pizza he's eaten, but he usually eats Dominos or Pizza hut - he should get out more. If like me you like a slice, you could do worse than give it a try.

For our last evening at Alpe d'Huez, no cooking. We opted for pizza. Pizza Peppone met our expectations, reservation by telephone without problem, I arrived five minutes late, the pizzas were there, and we enjoyed ourselves!

I don't recommend this restaurant at all, if you like real Italian pizzas. 6 pizzas ordered, not one to make up for the other, special mention for the Margarita deprived of all flavors.

24/07/2024: Good food, simple, the pizzas are good, the homemade tiramisu to recommend, the service is dynamic on a Saturday evening July 20, full terrace but very little wait. Sunday July 21 at noon nothing to change, the pizzas are always excellent, they are new owners, thank you for the welcome.
