This restaurant offers very reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area. The food is good, the only downside being the Chaource lasagna, which was served in too small a portion, and the pizza dough, which wasn't exceptional. But everything is homemade, and it's very good... except for the desserts, which were a bit of a disappointment. The crème brûlée was very good, but the desserts in the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) seemed mass-produced, as did the chocolate fondant. We still recommend it if you're passing through Troyes.
