Pizza Saint Jean, France sur Troyes

04/04/2024: An excellent address, quality products. Too bad the waitress broke my glass (half full) without replacing it for me!! Otherwise I recommend. Their gourmet coffee is gargantuan!!

01/04/2024: Mixed opinion. This is not the first time that we have come with our friends, and this time we would like to point out: the service needs to be reviewed. The waiter is stressful, maybe he means well but we feel that he lacks time, plus he speaks to us informally, it really clashes with the setting of the restaurant. Catering isn't easy every day, but you don't have to know that it's 10 p.m. and that he would like to go home, especially on a Saturday evening. And finally, we order a tea (we almost feel like we're disturbing), and they bring us cups full of hot water with the sachet already floating in it. A little (a lot) surprised, we asked the waiter to tell him that we would have liked to choose the kind but he barely turned around to continue clearing the other tables. Positive point despite this: the potatoes were undercooked so we were offered pizza. Too bad otherwise the rest of the team (of Italian origin) is adorable. We will come back for everything else, the decor, the cuisine and the excellent desserts, but not immediately.
